The central kitchen of the Good Meals Association is the first project of its kind in Lebanon, and it is about intensifying efforts and concentrating energies in one place for a general lofty goal, and therefore it saves all associations the effort and cost of opening their own kitchens. The central kitchen is the unified kitchen that cooks for all associations at the level of Lebanon. It also works and provides job and training opportunities for people with limited income by working on cooking for the poor, which gives them experience and qualifies them for the labor market.
